This is not a picture from NYC but rather our beloved home state of Wisconsin. I was there this past weekend attending a wedding. Highlights? The bride and groom (duh), who managed to have a country club wedding devoid of pretentiousness; french toast casserole at the bride's Xanadu of a childhood home the following morning (that's where all the pretentiousness was hiding!); and, of course, champagne with friends. As I recall you were Jennifer Lopez-ing someone else's wedding this weekend- I look forward to hearing all about it. Oh! Also, I met a cute boy on the plane who lives in DC and loves poetry. I'll save that for the next postcard...
